Dear Valued Clients, 

Now that you have register an account with Qxpress Smartship platform. How can you make your first delivery order? 

Follow the following simple steps to make your first delivery order on Smartship platform. 

• Step 1 - Click on Register Delivery Order 
• Step 2 - Click on Excel Upload > Click on Download Excel 
• Step 3 - Key in all info into Excel template (Orange fields are Mandatory)
• Step 4 - Upload Excel template 
• Step 5 - Upload Successful or Failed will be indicated 
• Step 6 - Make sure there is sufficient funds in QxMoney (go to Topup/Invoice > Click on Topup QxMoney 
• Step 7 - Print Airway bill > Click on Print QX Waybill + (A5)
• Step 8 - Paste Airway bill on Parcel
• Step 9 - Request Pickup 
• Step 10 - Hand parcels over to Pickup driver
